my advice: lock the doors and burn the house down

so the programming elements of the game are all coming along nicely. after tomorrow there is only one more week D: that blows. i really don't wanna do anything else but this. at least i know i'm in the right direction for college. 3D rigging and stuff looks like a bitch though. but i digress. the game now allows for picking up new items to attack the buildings with and i even replaced the default weapon. thats right, bricks are valuable now. instead your default weapon will be the ever popular spray paint. the game will conclude with a mini game of Tip the Bus. its pretty exciting watching it come together. i still don't know if i could sit down cold and make a full on game now. i'm sure with some practice i'll get it.

so i'm looking around for music for it. this is what i've dug out of the Audio Portal and if anyone reads this please vote on them, you can comment even if you don't have an account. but check out these songs and artists:
e991e
Lenny C
Shadowfox2
DJ InTheDark

i'll prolly dig through more later but thats what i found first. i'm worried about the sounds being too much as buildings collapse and burn down. but Canabalt did it.

so i reinstate my hypothesis about Jeff. While i did get to see the basis for his cartoon Facebook Twitter as he went on a rant about how you need to cut ties with friends who aren't friends anymore while Bob told him that it is such a convenience to stay friends with this people on facebook so he doesn't have to go to New Jersey.
A valid argument. While Jeff continued to be a "ray of fucking sunshine" I still think he is like Aragorn, waiting to claim his castle and tap Steven Tyler's daughter dressed up like an elf. But with a probably less specific metaphor. For most of lunch we discussed Bob's inlaws moving in for a while from Siberia. Jeff offered the same advice he apparently offers about everything: cut your losses, lock the doors, burn the house down. His cheerfulness is contagious. Personally I couldn't stop looking at the hostess. Then the table next to us got cover in food with no one sitting there. I guess we missed some VIPs or something. In other news Mike is learning the piano YAY MIKE! pianos rock as do all keyboards and synths.
